Represents a container for HIBC (Healthcare Industry Bar Code Council) LIC (Licensed Identification Code) secondary and additional data.
The HIBCLICSecondaryAdditionalData type exposes the following members:

| date_of_manufacture | The date of manufacture. |
| expiry_date | The expiry date, used if ExpiryDateFormat is not set to None. |
| expiry_date_format | The expiry date format. |
| link_character | The link character identified in the output string. |
| lot_number | The lot or batch number. |
| quantity | The quantity identifier, an integer between 0 and 500. It can be set to -1 to indicate the field is not used; the default value is -1. |
| serial_number | The serial number identifying the secondary additional data. Must be an alphanumeric string up to 18 characters long. |
