DWFX-bestand is een 2D- of 3D-tekening gemaakt met Autodesk CAD-software. Het wordt opgeslagen in het DWFx-formaat, dat vergelijkbaar is met een . DWF-bestand, maar is geformatteerd met Microsoft’s XML Paper Specification (XPS).
